Overview

Chroma Rotational Molding Division offers a one-step foam system that allows an outer polyethylene skin with a foam layer inside using a single shot. This polyethylene skin and foam material can be offered in colors with various foam densities. Simple shapes that require strength, sound, or floatation advantages can be adapted to Chroma one-shot foam.

Product Line

A fully compounded, UV stabilized, pelletized, foamable material readied for single shot molding of two layers. This product is designed for applications requiring an external skin backed with a layer of foam throughout. Customized color formulations are available for skin or foam layer. Foam densities of 30, 18, 14, 10, and 7 pound per cubic foot can be obtained.
